Website & reservations
Terms.
These terms apply to use of the website and, when online reservations are enabled, to table bookings made through the reservation service.
Updated: 21 August 2026
About the website
The website provides restaurant information, menu content and, where enabled, a table-reservation service. Online ordering, payment or other services are separate unless the website explicitly states otherwise.
Making a reservation
A customer must provide accurate party size, date, time, seating choice and contact details. A reservation is treated as confirmed only when the confirmation screen or restaurant communication states that it is confirmed and provides a booking reference. If the booking is shown as a request or pending, the table is not confirmed until the restaurant confirms it.
The reservation system checks live capacity at the time of booking. Availability can change while a form is being completed, so a time or seating area shown earlier is not guaranteed until the booking has been successfully created.
Seating areas and tables
Where the booking service offers a choice such as Inside or Terrace, only areas available for the selected party size, date and time should be offered. The selected seating area forms part of the reservation, but the exact numbered table is allocated by the restaurant and is not guaranteed.
Outdoor or terrace seating may need to be changed or withdrawn for safety, severe weather, maintenance or an unexpected operational reason. If a confirmed seating area cannot reasonably be provided, the restaurant should contact the customer where possible and offer an available alternative.
Seasonal and timed availability
Some seating areas are available only during specified seasons, dates, days or service hours. The online booking system applies the restaurant’s current area schedule when displaying availability. For example, a terrace may be unavailable during winter or during a private event even when the restaurant itself remains open.
Arrival, lateness and no-shows
Customers should arrive at the reserved time. If a customer expects to be significantly late, they should contact the restaurant using the published contact details. The restaurant may need to release a table after a reasonable delay where the customer has not arrived or made contact, particularly during busy service.
Repeated no-shows may be recorded in reservation history for legitimate operational purposes. No automatic fee is charged by this website unless a separate deposit, cancellation or payment policy is explicitly introduced and shown before the customer agrees to it.
Cancelling or changing a reservation
If a customer can no longer attend, they should contact the restaurant as early as reasonably possible and quote the booking reference. Changes are subject to current table availability. A change to party size, time or seating area is not confirmed until accepted by the restaurant or successfully processed by the reservation system.
Contact details
Phone and email details are required so the restaurant can identify and manage the booking and, where necessary, contact the customer about it. The customer is responsible for entering accurate details. How those details are used and retained is explained in the Privacy Notice.
Marketing
Marketing is optional and separate from the reservation. A customer does not need to agree to marketing in order to reserve a table. If an optional marketing choice is selected, it can later be withdrawn.
Calendar links and reminders
Calendar buttons and downloaded calendar files are provided as a convenience. The customer remains responsible for attending at the confirmed date and time. Calendar behaviour, notifications and navigation depend on the customer’s device or calendar provider and the restaurant cannot guarantee that a third-party calendar notification will be delivered.
Menu, allergens and dietary information
Prices, availability, recipes and dietary labels can change. Ingredient lists and website labels are not a substitute for allergen advice. Customers with an allergy, intolerance or other important dietary requirement must confirm it directly with the restaurant before ordering or eating.
Website availability
The restaurant aims to keep the website and reservation service available and accurate but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Where the online booking service is unavailable, customers should use the restaurant’s published contact methods. A technical error does not create a right to a table that the restaurant does not have capacity to provide.
Privacy and security
The public booking form may use security checks such as Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting to reduce automated abuse. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Notice, and browser technologies are described in the Cookie Notice.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law. If any part of these terms conflicts with a mandatory legal right, that legal right takes priority.
